These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wealth Outlier, its website located at wealthoutlier.com, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Wealth Outlier provides automated financial content intelligence, including equity signal reports, macro analysis, and sector research materials. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is designed for content creators, financial media professionals, registered investment advisors, and institutional users.

2. Not Financial Advice

All content produced by Wealth Outlier — including Signal Reports, Wealth Outlier analyses, sector reports, and any related media — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any referenced security is not indicative of future results. Wealth Outlier is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Current offerings include:

• Signal Feed — $47/month recurring subscription. Weekly delivery of the current equity signal report.
• Signal Report — One-time purchase. Immediate delivery of a single equity signal report.
• Stock Screener — One-time purchase. Delivery of a customised screening output.
• Annual Bundle — Annual subscription with bundled access to Signal Feed and reporting tools.
• Custom Dossier — One-time purchase. Bespoke research report on a specified asset or theme.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Signal Feed subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not issued for the current billing period once a weekly report has been delivered. One-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been delivered to your email address. If you believe there was an error in your delivery, contact us at melinda@wealthoutlier.com within 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by Wealth Outlier, including reports, analyses, video content, and proprietary scoring methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of Wealth Outlier. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Subscribers may share individual data points for personal commentary or educational purposes, provided proper attribution is given to Wealth Outlier.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to our content or platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary data or scoring models
• Use the Service to make public investment recommendations presented as independent research without clear attribution
• Misrepresent Wealth Outlier content as personalised financial advice

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service uses third-party providers including Stripe (payment processing), Google (data storage and authentication), and distribution platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your interactions with those platforms are governed by their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate, complete, or current. Financial data and analysis are subject to inherent uncertainty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Outlier and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or reliance on any content provided through the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
