- Improve our products, pipeline, and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for algorithmic profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data. We receive a customer ID and order metadata only.
- Google Workspace / Gmail — Email delivery and lead management. Subscriber data is stored in Google Sheets under our account.
- Google Drive — Storage and delivery of report PDFs via shareable links.
- Render — Cloud hosting for our web server. Server logs may capture IP addresses and request metadata.
- TikTok, YouTube, Instagram — Distribution of financial content. If you interact with our content on those platforms, their privacy policies apply.
- Composio — Automated social media publishing. Content metadata (titles, descriptions) is processed through their API.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:
- Subscriber records — Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months after cancellation
- Lead inquiry data — Retained for 24 months from initial submission
- Payment records — Retained as required by financial record-keeping regulations (typically 7 years)
- Email correspondence — Retained for 24 months
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days.

Our Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
10. TikTok Integration
We use TikTok's API to distribute financial content through our automated publishing pipeline. We do not collect or store any TikTok user data through this integration. Our use of TikTok's API is limited to content publication (uploading videos to our own TikTok account). We do not access follower data, analytics, or any third-party user information via TikTok's API.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
